Mick Duffy

Mick is passionate about people. More specifically, he’s passionate about helping people become better disciples of Jesus. Mick has served a number of churches in a variety of pastoral roles over the last 25 years and is a seasoned pastoral counselor and life coach. He and his wife Jill are parents to four children, and grandparents to four. Mick loves the outdoors and spending time with his family and friends….

Associate Pastor / Elder

Rich Beasley

Rich joined the team in a full-time capacity in the spring of 2024. His ministry focus is the next generation of kingdom leadership, expending the lions share of his time and energy with our Senior High and Young Adults. Rich draws on many years of experience in that ministry vein. Other capacities include general congregant care, plant management, and support for our hospitality and security teams. In addition to his ministerial gifts, Rich is a master carpenter and runs a small construction business locally. Rich is an avid fisherman and guide and loves time on the water. He’s married to Mandee and together they have two grown children.
